Whether you’re making a homemade meal for your hubby, throwing a “Gal-entine’s Day” party with your girls, bringing treats in for your coworkers, or just watching Netflix with your cats, this pink beet hummus is going to be a hit!
It’s typical to be surrounded by chocolate and candy this weekend. Let’s face it… most people have a love hate relationship with sweets. They love to indulge, but are secretly screaming “whhyyy?!” because they know they can’t say “no.” I’m all about balance, and I’ll definitely be having chocolate here and there. However, I’ll make sure to prioritize getting my nutrients first so that I don’t fill up on empty calories.

EVOO, 1/4 cup
Tahini, 2 tbsp
Himalayan Sea Salt, 2 pinches
dōTERRA Lime Essential Oil, 2 drops (or sub 1 lime juiced)
Lime Zest (grated lime peel), to taste
- Pulse for 1 minute in a food processor.
- Top with fresh lime zest and serve with chips and veggies.
