A deliciously savory all-natural, low-fat alternative to ice cream!
Yields: 3 servings
3 ripe bananas
3 tbsp JIF All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (or creamy nut butter of choice)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Prep Ahead: Slice bananas, place in a freezer bag, and freeze overnight.
Add frozen bananas to a high-powered food processor, stopping every 30 seconds to mix and push frozen pieces toward the blade.
Once most of the large chunks are broken down, add peanut butter and vanilla extract.
Continue processing the nice cream mixture for 30-60 second intervals until smooth and creamy, stopping to mix and assist with the frozen pieces. You may have to hand crush a couple of stubborn banana pieces.
Once smooth and creamy, spoon into a bowl and add toppings of choice. Enjoy!
