Better Bean Taquitos

For the love of beans! This is the easiest bean taquito recipe ever! Full of fiber and essential nutrients, beans balance our bodies and keep our minds running strong.

Yields: 2 servings



  1. In a bowl, combine beans with cotija cheese and green onions.
  2. Spray one side of each tortilla with avocado oil spray. Spoon bean filling in the center of each un-sprayed side. Add optional meat filling if desired. Roll into taquitos.
  3. Pan-fry each side for 2 minutes over medium high heat.
  4. Serve warm with optional toppings.
