What I Love About Covered Goods
… that also happens to be a car seat cover, shopping cart barrier, and scarf, too.
Not everyone is comfortable breastfeeding in public. And if you’ve read my post, 4 Things No One Told Me About Breastfeeding, then you know I’ve struggled with nursing.
But today, I breastfed in public. And I freaking rocked it!
I simply removed the cover from the car seat, popped it over my head like a scarf, and shimmied it over my shoulders to use as a nursing cover.
What I love about Covered Goods is that there aren’t any weird straps or rings to mess with. It literally takes seconds to put on, and the flexible neck line allows me to peek in on my little man to make sure he is latched properly.
Thanks to the infinity design, I get 360 coverage, so I don’t have to worry about a strong breeze or Peeping Toms.
Covered Goods come in a variety of colors and prints, which make it fun when you’re coordinating with your outfits to use as a scarf, too!
I personally love the solid black because it matches everything and my husband doesn’t feel weird carrying it around!
Literally, every parent needs this—breastfeeding or not.
If my husband and I could choose our favorite baby item, it would absolutely be our Covered Goods multi-use nursing cover. We both have one, because we primarily use them as car seat covers.
Moms are always asking me where I got my cover, and what a neat concept it is. It keeps the germs out and protects my little man from intrusive hands.
Trust me when I say that this cover has helped me ward off my fare share of strangers at the grocery store. (I still don’t understand why people think it’s appropriate to reach their hands into a stroller, but I digress).
Today through 2/16/17, you can use the code ‘PrettyPrettyPineapple’ at checkout to redeem a 15% discount on your Covered Goods Purchase. I’m also hosting a giveaway over on Instagram, so make sure to enter!
