What It Is Not

It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle and exactly how I keep healthy and strong while still enjoying all the foods I love.

You won’t find basic chicken breast and brown rice in here. No way! I can guarantee there will be foods in this guide you’ve never tried before. You’ll be going outside your comfort zone in a safe and controlled way.

Now it’s important to point out that the Pretty Pretty Dinner Guide is NOT a weight loss program. We do not focus on that, but most people can and will drop a few pounds as a result of fueling up with a more nutrient-dense diet.
